We are hiring for the IT Administrator role who can handle our IT systems.Overview Align the entire IT infrastructure with the following 5 key objectives : 1 . Ensuring security of entire the IT infrastructure; placing firewall policies, access controls, threat protection, and secure routine backups. 2. Management, monitoring, and maintenance of all critical infrastructure including cameras, servers, laptops, mobile devices, attendance machines, physical storage backups, networking equipment, VPN connectivity, software, etc. 3. Self-starter attitude to pursue training and certification in the following networking brands: Ubiquiti, MikroTik, and Aruba; conduct relevant trainings to select team members and provide IT/pre-sales support 4. Checking and processing of RMA5. Establish processes and systems to manage & securitize a variety of company devices given to employees including mobiles, laptops, and PDAs.Other Responsibilities 1. Build an internal SOP with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies 2. Manage backups of all servers and databases 3. Maintenance of all networking devices & systems. 4. Maintain WiFi, LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity across the organization. 5. Manage internal Telecom/ network infrastructure and devices such as Structured cabling, Routers, switches, firewall, access points, ToIP system, voice gateway, wireless network, CCTV, Access Control, and Datacenter as per organization requirement. 6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to servers, computers, and all the networking devices. 7. Maintain a systematic record of all the IT subscriptions to maintain a hassle-free workflow. 8. Acritical examination of servers & network equipment on a daily basis for smooth and malware-free operations. 9. Networking and connecting computers within the same organization to enhance communication 10. Training staff and orienting them on how to use computer hardware, remote desktop, and software systems.11. Liaise with Vendors and 3rd Party Contractor and Internet provider related to IT Department 12. Must formulate and simulate disaster recovery along with all documents and Methods of procedure for recovering from unexpected disaster. 13. Carrying out other duties as you may be requested by management.
