Manage Production Operations:Oversee daily operations of coffee and nuts production lines. Ensure production processes are running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
Quality Control:Maintain high-quality standards for coffee and nuts products. Implement and monitor quality control procedures and standards. Address and resolve any quality issues or deviations promptly.
Team Leadership:Supervise, train, and develop production staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
Safety and Compliance:Ensure all production activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
Inventory and Equipment Management:Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. Manage maintenance and repair of production equipment.
Qualifications:
Experience:Proven experience as a Production Manager in the coffee or nuts industry. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and equipment.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Skills:Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in production management software and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
