Roles & Responsibilities
· Execute Projects in accordance with project specifications and timelines. This includes overseeing all project phases from initiation to completion.
· Supports the implementation of the agreed solutions, defined service offerings, and improved business performance.
· Represents and provides technical solutions, monitors customer satisfaction, provides technical recommendations to improve service quality and value to customer.
· Identifies and drives optimization while managing scope, cost of delivery and resources.
· Provide regular status reporting on operations delivery performance, proactive delivery plans, and improvement initiatives.
· Safety practices and cost management principles should be integrated into project planning and execution.
· Coaches and advises team members to accomplish project goals, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical/operational issues.
