Lead and manage the QA/QC activities for projects in the Oil & Gas sector, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and ISO requirements.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies, ensuring they are followed by all project teams.
Conduct project quality audits, both internal and external, to evaluate adherence to quality standards and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Supervise and mentor QA/QC teams, providing leadership, guidance, and training to ensure the effective execution of quality plans.
Coordinate with project management and engineering teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into the project workflow.
Monitor project performance to ensure that quality standards are met on time and within budget.
Review and approve project documentation, including quality assurance plans, inspection records, and reports.
Ensure continuous improvement of quality processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
