Roles & Responsibilities
To support the Quality Manager in the securing and delivery of projects IMS objectives by:
- Assisting the establish and monitor project quality management system\
- Train the project staff on IMS
- Carry out inspection if required by the client
What you will do
Main Role
- Familiarise with all project quality assurance requirements
- Assisting Project Manager / Director with the implementation of Project Management Plan
- Develop and implement inspection and test plan, checks sheets and method statement with the project team
- Verify and maintain all materials test data
- Planning of inspection schedule and implementation
- Train project staff on Project Management Plan, inspection and test plan and method
- Assist in auditing
- Preparation of Project Management Plan for their respective project
- Induction of project staff of Project Management Plan, Inspections and test Plans and method statement
Safety, Quality & Environment
- Ensure that all relevant safety, quality and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety, quality of services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed within AFC
- Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of process and practices taking into account, the interests and benefits to Al Futtaim and its employees.
Other Tasks
- Any other reasonable request of work/ task as allocated by the Line Manager.
