Quality Assurance Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan for the RTA project. Define quality standards and criteria for materials, processes, and workmanship. Ensure that all quality assurance processes are aligned with project specifications and industry best practices.
Quality Control Oversight: Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality standards and project specifications. Identify and address any quality issues or non-conformities in a timely manner. Coordinate with project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance documentation. Prepare and submit regular quality reports to project stakeholders and management. Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership and Training: Lead and mentor the QA/QC team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards. Conduct training sessions for project staff on quality management procedures and best practices.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant local, national, and international standards and regulations. Liaise with regulatory bodies and inspectors as required.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall project quality. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team
