We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QC Engineer with experience in heat exchanger manufacturing. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards by conducting thorough inspections, testing, and adherence to specifications.

• To be able to study drawings, prepare ITP and quality plans, procedures like hydrotest ,expansion ,stage wise inspection, NDT and NDE.
• Preparation NDE ,PWHT requests
• Incoming materials inspection and preparation of MIR and review of Test certificates as per TDC and PO.
• Must be proven himself to manage TPI, Customer inspection as per quality plans. control the activities as sub-contractors for quality requirements. Internal inspections prior to TPI visit.
• Preparation of material traceability records and prepare test certificates.
• Shall be worked with U stamp companies.
• Monitor welders and welding processes with respect to WPS and welder qualification. Monitor weld quality as per design and drawing.
• Review of drawings and Material specifications.
• Preparation of in process and final documentation.
• Safe keeping of all inspection reports.
• Review of calibration records and calibration of equipment. Coordinate with production foreman for day-to-day inspection activities
• Monitor and record success/failures during inspections (Fit-ups, NDE, Hydro)
