Develop, implement, and manage health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and company standards.Conduct HSE risk assessments and safety audits for fabrication and servicing operations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.Provide guidance and support during refinery shutdown projects, particularly those involving high-risk activities.Manage and supervise HSE protocols during heavy fabrication processes and refinery shutdowns to ensure adherence to industry best practices.Coordinate HSE-related training sessions for staff, focusing on safe working practices in heavy fabrication and servicing, hydrojetting, and refinery maintenance.Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with local laws and safety regulations, including ADNOC’s HSE standards.Develop and oversee the emergency response plan, ensuring all staff is prepared for potential emergencies.
