We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QC Inspector - Welding with over 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all welding activities meet quality standards, project specifications, and industry codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and quality checks on welding activities during fabrication, installation, and repair stages.

• Review welding procedures, welder qualifications, and material certifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Monitor welding processes to ensure adherence to approved welding procedures and codes (e.g., ASME, API, AWS).

• Perform visual inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as PT, MT, UT, and RT.

• Prepare detailed inspection reports, maintain records, and document non-conformance issues.

• Identify and address quality-related issues during welding activities, working closely with engineers and contractors.

• Verify and monitor welding consumables, equipment calibration, and pre-heating/post-heating requirements.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards throughout all welding operations.
