Support and highlight concerns to QA Manager & QA Supervisor in functioning of the laboratory operations.
Provide data for sampling plans and schedule for internal/external analysis and other lab activities.
Assist in maintaining food safety programs for the site.
Conduct regular checks, lab analysis related for raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods that are produced in the site as well as co-packers.
Perform environments tests, air sampling, water sampling, hand swab, waste water analysis, environmental pollution including all relevant tests aligned with ISO 14001 (EMS)
Assist in development of SOP's
Conduct trails and assistance with relevant department's in developing new product, process or material.
