JOB PURPOSE:

Process implementation, governance & improvements at Intertec

QUALIFICATION:

Graduation or above

CERTIFICATIONS:

ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 20000:2018 Internal auditor

EXPERIENCE:

5yrs

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):

· Create, roll-out and manage procedure documents, templates, & checklists.

· Manage Quality Management System improvement & updates.

· Assist in planning, and executing ISO internal Quality Audits

· Manage & deliver Quality related communication, presentations, trainings.

· Identify and implement process improvements across departments.

· Assist in CSAT surveys and reports.

· Periodic reports (KPI, Audit reports, Process improvements)

CERTIFICATIONS:

ISO 9001: 2015 & ISO 20000:2018 Internal auditor

TECHNICAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES:

MANDATORY

ISO audits, QMS management, Presentation skills, communication skills, MS Office, SharePoint

OPTIONAL

MS Project, MS EPM, MS BI

SOFT SKILLS:

MANDATORY

Presentation, communication, email,
