Maintain and update the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
Develop, revise, and control quality procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.
Ensure all quality documents are clear, updated, approved, and accessible.
Monitor implementation of QMS procedures across all departments.
Develop annual internal audit schedules and execute internal audits for all departments.
Identify non-conformities, conduct root-cause analysis, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with relevant local and international regulations applicable to paint and coatings manufacturing.
Coordinate submissions, approvals, and renewals of product and system certifications.
Prepare internal audit reports and ensure closure of NCRs within set deadlines.
Support departments in achieving compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements.
Identify critical control points in manufacturing processes.
Define sampling procedures, inspection methods, and testing requirements.
Collaborate with QC Lab to ensure quality consistency and adherence to specifications.
Support investigations of product complaints, deviations, or failures.
Evaluate opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, or quality enhancement.
Recommend corrective actions to reduce defects and improve product reliability.
Monitor effectiveness of implemented improvements.
Prepare monthly quality performance and compliance reports.
Maintain audit records, corrective action logs, and compliance trackers.
Provide quality-related documents required for tenders, certifications, or customer requests.
