We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 4 years of experience in steel fabrications to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, procurement, and contractual negotiations related to steel fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting cost estimation and budget preparation for steel fabrication projects.
• Analyzing project specifications and preparing accurate quantity take-offs.
• Evaluating subcontractor quotations and negotiating contracts.
• Monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Collaborating with project managers and engineers to optimize project costs and schedules.
• Providing timely financial reports and forecasts to management.
