Administrative & Executive Support:
- Assist top management with secretarial tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and presentations etc.
- Manage hotel reservations and flight ticket bookings for employees and guests.
- Coordinate guest arrivals, ensuring smooth check-ins and necessary arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and office supplies.
- Prepare well-structured PowerPoint presentations and reports as required.
- Maintain Excel-based reports, databases, and trackers to support office administration.
Coordination & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and internal teams.
- Coordinate with vendors, travel agencies, and service providers as required.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and office activities.
Maintain and update records, databases, and contact lists.
