  • Is tidy and presentable, maintain inventory of stock, Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus Provide internal team with professional administrative support.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
