Based in Abu Dhabi the purpose of the role will be to deliver talent acquisition and recruitment processes in coordination with relevant stakeholders at the University. Experience working with both faculty and university hiring is required. This is a 1 year outsource contract.
Job Role
• Participate in the manpower planning exercise and establish annual manpower budgets and forecasts
• Execute planned recruitment cycle (sourcing, hiring) and manage Talent Acquisition candidates’ profiles database.
• Conduct and manage the employee on-boarding process in coordination with relevant business partners
• Utilize various sourcing channels such as social media, job websites, career portal, recruitment agencies etc.
• Maintain and enhance Employee Value Proposition as well as the Universities branding for talent attraction and recruitment purposes
• Manage and archive all recruitment forms (Outsource forms, Offers, Contracts, Human Capital Committee forms)
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Section Manager
Requirements
• Prior experience within a talent/recruitment team in a University environment
• High level of communication
• ATS experience, good working knowledge of MS Office
• Relevant qualifications, degree
