Roles & Responsibilities
Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to be based in Dubai.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement territory plans to maximise sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts and reports in alignment with business objectives.
- Source new distributors, and develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve within the assigned region.
- Research, design, and implement new product launch projects, and introduce and promote to key customers.
- Support tenders through the company’s distributor and partners.
- Manage and oversee marketing campaigns and organise exhibitions.
- Resolve any customer issues and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
- Supply chain management provides timely feedback and report on customers’ requirements/issues/interests and potential business opportunities through weekly sales calls.
- Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure sufficient supply to meet customers’ requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and gain a competitive edge.
