We are hiring Restaurant Manager for one of our clients based in Dubai. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing restaurant's day-to-day operations This role involves managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation of all restaurant activities.
- Monitor and control inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of products.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times and address customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Hire and train new staff members and create staff schedules and manage shift changes
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and support.
- Coordinate and manage special events and private bookings.
- Ensure events run smoothly and meet customer expectations.
- Oversee all aspects of the new branch setup, including hiring, training, and initial inventory procurement.
Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
