Job Purpose:

Sales Engineer will manage customer relationships in Saudi Arabia and also will be responsible to offer technical support, specify solutions and conduct on-site troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as point of contact for all matters related to customer contracts.
  • Manage and maintain customer agreements, ensuring high satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities across target industries.
  • Visit existing and potential customers to assess needs, recommend suitable products/services, and close deals.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and technical questions.
  • Negotiate prices and delivery terms within delegated authority to meet revenue and profit targets.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including onsite troubleshooting
  • Work with the Customer Service Coordinator to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Customer Service and Logistics teams to study tenders and finalize price strategies.
  • Support and conduct training sessions for customers on product usage, installation, and maintenance.
