Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide a personalized shopping experience, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Artal’s product offerings and stay updated on the latest trends.
- Actively participate in achieving individual and store sales goals.
- Maintain the visual and operational standards of the store, ensuring an inviting shopping environment.
- Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in luxury or high-end stores.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and polished demeanour.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
