Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to provide a personalized shopping experience, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Artal’s product offerings and stay updated on the latest trends.
• Actively participate in achieving individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain the visual and operational standards of the store, ensuring an inviting shopping environment.
• Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in luxury or high-end stores.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and polished demeanour.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
