We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Rigging Supervisor with over 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all rigging and lifting activities, ensuring operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise rigging and lifting operations on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, safety protocols, and industry standards.

• Inspect rigging equipment and tools to ensure they are in proper working condition and meet safety requirements.

• Prepare and review lift plans, method statements, and risk assessments for lifting operations.

• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of lifting activities.

• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings to ensure team awareness of potential risks and safety practices.

• Monitor and control manpower, materials, and equipment for rigging operations.

• Investigate and address any incidents or near-misses related to lifting and rigging activities.

• Maintain accurate records of lifting operations, equipment inspections, and daily progress reports.
