Develop an assigned territory to achieve sales objectives/targets by brand/category and by sub-channel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sell the company’s products in assigned territory/channels to achieve given targets by brand/category and by sub-channel.
Achieve weighted & numeric distribution/coverage targets by retaining old/existing customers & identifying/selling to new outlets and adding to the existing customer base.
To develop new products (NPDs) and achieve distribution/value/volume and Execution objectives/targets within given timelines.
Follow the daily journey plan and ensure all customers are visited for the assigned area.
Place the company’s assets (chillers, stands, Pallets, other brand/category-specific displays, etc.) at prime locations in the outlets to improve visibility and drive sales.
Follow the journey plan, service all customers, and operate efficiently.
