Sales & Business Development * Develop and maintain relationships with industrial, commercial, and trading clients across the UAE. * Market and sell petroleum products such as fuel oil, diesel, furnace oil, marine fuel, lubricants, and bitumen, etc. * Achieve assigned sales targets, margins, and volume commitments. * Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and commercial proposals. * Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply contracts in line with market movements. * Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries to customer sites, ports, or terminals. Market & Client Management * Identify new business opportunities and emerging market segments within the UAE. * Conduct regular client visits, site meetings, and follow-ups. * Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term contracts. * Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand. Compliance & Coordination * Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE laws and regulations, and local authority requirements. * Coordinate with finance for credit approvals, invoicing, and timely collection of payments. * Maintain accurate customer documentation in line with KYC and compliance requirements. Marketing & Reporting * Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility in the UAE market. * Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer databases. * Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
