Overview of the role: High Level of Customer Service to be rendered to our customers and to be commercially aware and focus on the sales & Targets of the Business.

What you will do:

• Achieve monthly and yearly section budgets and margins, meet MS and CSI targets, and monitor sales performance metrics.
• Control stock loss, adhere to inventory management SOPs, and ensure 100% on-shelf availability with correct merchandising.
• Execute weekly bulletins, participate in daily briefings, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain product knowledge, merchandising skills, and store standards.
• Apply different ways of thinking to achieve business goals.
