Working knowledge of CRM, Tenders, Proposals, Estimation, Prequalification
Logging enquiries into the CRM and tracking the same till closure
Coordinate and prepare costings, proposals/tenders/quotations and ensure timely submissions
Updating the CRM & Enquiry Trackers
Internal/External follow-up for updates on submitted proposals/quotations
Prepare & submit reports as per the required formats
Update the sales forecast/funnel
Responding to clarifications and negotiation requests. Follow-up and closing proposals suitably.
Assist in the development and preparation of the organization's tender process strategy and general business planning.
Knowledge related process and requires decision making and judgmental skills throughout the activity.
Coordinate with Principals, other Strategic partners & Stakeholders to ensure prequalification of Products & Services with NOC’s, IOC’s, Local & International EPC’s and other Government & Semi-Government entities.
