Sales and Business Development:Identify and target new business opportunities in the fitout industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors. Present and promote the company’s fitout services to clients, clearly articulating the technical aspects of our offerings. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs. Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to secure new projects and expand market share.
Technical Support and Consultation:Provide technical advice and solutions to clients regarding fitout design, materials, and construction methods. Work with the design and engineering teams to develop customized solutions based on client specifications and requirements. Conduct site visits to assess project scope, feasibility, and potential challenges. Act as a technical liaison between clients, project teams, and suppliers throughout the sales process.
Project Coordination:Ensure smooth handover of projects from the sales team to the project management team. Monitor project progress and maintain communication with clients to ensure expectations are met. Assist in resolving any issues or concerns that arise during the project implementation phase.
Market Research and Trend Analysis:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the fitout industry. Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and processes.
Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress using the company’s CRM system. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Key Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred). Relevant certifications or training in sales, project management, or construction (a plus).
Experience:3+ years of experience in a sales engineering role within the fitout, construction, or interior design industry. Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the fitout sector. Strong technical understanding of fitout processes, materials, and construction techniques. Experience working with design and construction teams to deliver complex fitout projects.
