Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing of mechanical products, focusing on Metering Skids, Loading Arms, Expansion Joints, Hoses, Control Valves, Pressure Relief Valves, Rupture Discs, Pumps, and other related products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with major Oil & Gas, Power & Utility End users, Tank Terminals, Secondary Industries, and EPC contractors in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive the sales and marketing efforts for Mechanical BU products, focusing on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power & Utilities, and EPC sectors.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding market reach and penetrating new segments.
· Collaborate with in-house resources for product registration and prequalification with major industry players.
· Conduct market research to identify Brownfield and Greenfield opportunities, staying informed on trends and needs within target industries.
· Develop in-depth product knowledge and maintain a proactive approach to understanding client pain points.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing prompt and proactive responses to their needs.
· Convert customer challenges into business opportunities by delivering engineered solutions and value-added services.
· Prepare and submit monthly reports, including performance forecasts and updates on business development activities.
· Ensure timely payment collection, compliance with ISO standards, and adherence to internal reporting systems.
