1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify potential clients such as construction companies, contractors, and real estate developers.
  • Promote and sell ready-mix concrete products to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to understand their project needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Provide technical advice and support on concrete mix designs and applications.
  • Handle customer inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
  • Ensure timely order processing and coordinate with the operations team for delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels.

3. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand for ready-mix concrete.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and customer needs.
  • Identify new opportunities for business expansion.

4. Coordination & Logistics

  • Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Ensure proper documentation of sales orders, contracts, and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and generate reports for management.
