1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify potential clients such as construction companies, contractors, and real estate developers.
- Promote and sell ready-mix concrete products to meet sales targets.
- Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to understand their project needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Provide technical advice and support on concrete mix designs and applications.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Ensure timely order processing and coordinate with the operations team for delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels.
3. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand for ready-mix concrete.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and customer needs.
- Identify new opportunities for business expansion.
4. Coordination & Logistics
- Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Ensure proper documentation of sales orders, contracts, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain records of sales activities and generate reports for management.
