1. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for ready-mix concrete and concrete blocks.
  • Identify and acquire new clients, including contractors, builders, real estate developers, and infrastructure companies.
  • Expand market reach by identifying new business opportunities and projects.
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers to close high-value deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Set KPIs and monitor individual and team performance.
  • Conduct sales training and mentorship programs for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the team follows best practices in sales and customer service.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Provide technical guidance on concrete mix designs and block applications.
  • Resolve client issues, complaints, and delivery concerns efficiently.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and demand fluctuations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing to stay competitive.
  • Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.

5. Coordination & Logistics

  • Work closely with production, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of ready-mix concrete and blocks.
  • Oversee order processing, invoicing, and payment collection.
  • Ensure that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demands.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client interactions, and contracts.
  • Use CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer engagement.
