• Lead the promotion of Greenland’s products and approach top distributors, wholesalers, competitive dealers, and channel partners. Influence and persuade clients to purchase or change their buying decisions. • Build relationships with clients, generate inquiries, prepare quotations & sales contracts, provide timely offers, conduct repeated customer visits, negotiate agreements, and close deals. • Ensure customer & dealer satisfaction: Handle complaints, warranty issues, contract compliance, payments, signed agreements, and collaborate with accounts & logistics for smooth order processing and delivery. • Provide technical & market expertise: Advise management on product, system, or process-related topics, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, analyze product/service quality, and provide insights on market trends and competitor activity.
