· Partner with the head of sales & peers to implement the sales strategy across multiple categories
· Create sales plans and individual sale quotas for each kiosk counter in alignment with the business objectives.
· Plan & organize the strategy across different kiosk to create brand & product awareness in the market space.
· Provide the necessary support to sales associates to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals
· Setting up & monitoring the internal teams target on regular basis related to lead generation, follow-ups & closures, training & development etc.
· Effectively managing lead-to-cash cycle of each team members on regular basis and provide support on effective closure of deals
· Managing the kiosk in a cost-efficient manner within the current operating budget
· Perform site visits & analyze footfall for the proposed locations. Perform regular visit to existing Kiosk counters
· Collaborating with Collections & Customer Relationship Dept. to ensure that customer satisfaction and service resolution objectives are met
· Close the sale deal & negotiate with customer after successful lead generation
· Any other work that may be assigned to you in line with your portfolio.
