The Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales through direct interaction daily with client, building strong client relationships, and promoting company products and services. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a results-driven approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Conduct field visits daily to meet potential and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and present appropriate products or solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving or exceeding set targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional after-sales support.
- Gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction and enhance service quality.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
4. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
5. Collaboration and Strategy:
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and progress.
