The Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales through direct interaction daily with client, building strong client relationships, and promoting company products and services. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a results-driven approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

    • Conduct field visits daily to meet potential and existing customers.
    • Identify customer needs and present appropriate products or solutions.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving or exceeding set targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional after-sales support.
    • Gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction and enhance service quality.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Identify and explore new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.

5. Collaboration and Strategy:

    • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
    • Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and progress.
