We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our Used Commercial Vehicles division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing dealer and fleet relationships, and optimizing the resale process for pre-owned commercial vehicles. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop pricing strategies, enhance market penetration, and achieve revenue targets.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the growth of used commercial vehicle sales.
- Manage key accounts and dealer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
- Analyze market trends, pricing data, and customer demand to maximize profitability and turnover of used vehicle inventory.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure a seamless vehicle resale process.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring optimal vehicle mix and inventory turnover.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure competitive deals and maintain strong business relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to used vehicle sales.
