Distribute the leads on the Sales Team (Leads from all channels such as walk-ins ensuring correct data entry such as lead source.
Attending walk-ins’ customers and handle their queries related to their properties or general queries.
Perform all assigned tasks through case management system within agreed SLA.
Verifying and following up the Booking forms, Check lists, and all related documents of the bookings.
Maintain proper Filing (Soft & hard) of the booking form in Company’s assigned storage Methods (Shared Folder & archive).
Issues SPA after verifying the unit details as per approved RERD’s File and checking customer’s Documents ensuring customer eligibility to sign the SPA with agreed SLA.
Signing of SPAs and explaining to clients the important clauses in the SPA that he/she needs to be aware of and answering his/her inquiries accordingly
Inviting the customers to sign the SPA by performing a calling and Emailing Exercise and sending approved Drafts of invitations and legal invitations.
Handling Cancellation & termination of defaulters of Booking on Both the Offer stage and Sale stage by coordinating with the Finance & Legal Dept and obtaining the required approval to finalize the process.
