Sales & Project Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Respond to inquiries
2. Review bill of quantities, drawings and project specifications
3. Prepare price offers, quotations and contracts
4. Prepare technical submissions
5. Coordinate the purchasing of goods from local and international suppliers
6. Coordinate the shipping and delivery with logistics team
7. Coordinate project installation requirements with technicians
8. Coordinate with accounts for customer receivables and supplier payables
9. Provide excellent customer service
10. Support Sales Managers and Project Managers in commercial or technical requests
11. Register and maintain our vendor / supplier accounts
12. Provide assistance to Saudi main office admin team as needed
