Manage sales to specific assigned customers and geography, directly, or indirectly through a distribution organization. Being the main company contact with assigned customers and focus on sales and profit growth by creating and expanding customer relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for handling sales to Hotel and/or Restaurant Channel in Dubai & Northern Emirates. Generate new business for the company while maintain the existing clients. Responsible in introducing and promoting company’s portfolio and products to the U.A.E market and build strong and long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them. Identifying market potential to establish new account, achieve sales volume and value set for each month. Achieve collection target set for each month and follow up with the overdue payments of each costumer and make sure they are paying as per the credit terms given. Prepare PAF’s, cash and credit application forms for new customer account openings. Prepare new and renewed agreements for existing and prospective customers. Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activity. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business leads Negotiate profitable prices and delivery terms which will reduce cost of operations and effective credit terms. Manage all aspects of the customer relationship, including price negotiation and delivery. Focus on increasing the sales and supervise the sales process by follow up on orders, deliveries, and collections Build and maintain effective customer relationships to build strong loyalty. Communicate effectively across relevant levels/departments of the organization to ensure smooth flow of operations. Assist with promotional ideas to increase business within the region. Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow up calls. Provide feedback to management from key retail and distributor customers. Make regularly scheduled sales calls and visits on all major customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or higher. At least 3 years Food Service sales experience in the U.A.E. and experienced Sales Supervisor catering to Hotels & Restaurants in Dubai. & NE. Should have strong existing business relationships with customers in the target industry. Candidate should have proven track record of sales success meeting annual targets. Strong Computer skills, able to confidently operate MS Office application and software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Driving License.
