·Understand the business needs of customers/prospects and recommend & present proposals for the technology products, solutions, and services to improve customer operations.
·Coordinating with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
·Build new business cases for software solutions based on identifying appropriate return on investment, defining strategy for a particular area of business, and presenting recommendations for future approaches.
Create new customers in UAE from the corporate & government sectors.
Previous experience in working with software solutions like applications, BPM, RPA, and e-services.
Regular meetings with strategic customers and prospects.
Good negotiation skills, self-starter, self-motivated, and high-energy person with a passion for achieving his goals. Should be result-oriented
· An account manager focuses on increasing brand awareness, bringing in new customers, and meeting quarterly targets.
Good understanding of cost & margin and other relevant financial terms.
Having good communication skills.
Manage product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to agreed goals and quotas.
Present at customer meetings, seminars, trainings, and webinars as required
Maintain sales certifications as required for product vendors.
