The ideal candidate should possess:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• 5–8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Experience in managing financial reporting, general ledger, budgeting, and auditing
processes.

• Experience in mentoring and supervising junior accounting staff.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
