Senior Associate Finance Manager will play a critical role in the financial management and strategic planning of the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial reports, conducting analyses, and providing insights that support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
· Ensure all financial transactions comply with Group Financial policy. Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and treasury functions.
· Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient financial operations and compliance with regulations.
· Fund & Working Capital management, optimize cash flow management and maintain banking relationships to support operational requirements.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
· Negotiate banking services, including credit facilities, loans, and lines of credit. Coordinate with banks on cash management, liquidity, and treasury operations.
· Coordination with banks and getting approved further bank facility if it is required.
· Finalization of Monthly, Quarterly and annual management & Audited accounts.
· Finalization of External Audit/Internal Audit
· Lead the budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial goals and budgets.
· Monitor budget performance and prepare forecasts based on financial trends and upcoming projects. Recommend adjustments to budgets and forecasts as necessary to ensure financial targets are met.
· Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily activities. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the finance team. Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities.
· Projected Profitability.
· Monitoring/ensuring co-ordination among divisions for smooth allocation of fund resources.
· Guide on Supplier terms to be agreed for each project - based on proposed/signed contract.
· Monitor and prioritize payments of Suppliers based on criticality and fund requirement for each project.
· Review and monitor proper LC terms with our Suppliers based on the terms of our Contract with client (by project) and suggest corrective measures to mitigate any risk of other Supply chain payments getting affected.
· Review of Agreements on acceptable payment terms based on the Project life, size of the project corresponding to the prospective Supplier terms.
· Provide guidance on the measures (financially) to be taken to achieve Budgeted targets.
· Constant review of open LC/Bid Bond etc., to push with the Project/Sales team to close them as early as possible.
· Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend areas of improvement.
· Complete knowledge of Procurement, Project operations and contract – Involved at least 25%
