- Manage the administration of EPC Contracts, associated supply agreements, and subcontracts across the project lifecycle, with a focus on post-award execution and contract close-out.
- Maintain accurate records of all contract amendments and ensure timely communication of changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure contractual obligations align with project objectives, schedules, and deliverables.
- Draft and review contractual correspondences on a daily basis, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with contractual provisions.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with the site team to monitor compliance and resolve contractual issues in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of construction contracts, particularly in the areas of change management, claims, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure full contractual compliance and risk control by implementing best practices in contract administration and supporting the project’s commercial strategy.
