Coordinates and manages the completion packages related to the system, unit, and plant turnover program for a HVDC Transmission project. Must have the ability to self perform managing the gathering of documents into the appropriate format acceptable to the owner. Will interact with Samsung management, OEM technical advisors, and project staff as necessary to ensure the successful documented turnover completion of the UAE HVDC Project Lightning.

Responsibilities:

· Support TOP Engineer to prepare the scoping drawing and breakdown the plant equipment into subsystem level

· Organize turnover packages for systems detailed by the TOP Engineer

· Gather and organize engineering information into the designated turnover packages

· Gather and organize commissioning information into the designated turnover packages

· Gather and organize OEM vendor information into the designated turnover packages

· Maintain overall punchlist and report clearing progress in a timely manner to support the overall program

· Gather commissioning and start-up records

· Independently coordinate with Samsung engineering and OEM contacts to gather information for the program

· Support commissioning manager to prepare commissioning progress report
