Coordinates and manages the completion packages related to the system, unit, and plant turnover program for a HVDC Transmission project. Must have the ability to self perform managing the gathering of documents into the appropriate format acceptable to the owner. Will interact with Samsung management, OEM technical advisors, and project staff as necessary to ensure the successful documented turnover completion of the UAE HVDC Project Lightning.

· Prepare the scoping drawing and breakdown the plant equipment into subsystem level

· Prepare detail subsystem turnover packages document provided by commissioning engineer

· Review and organize engineering information into the designated turnover packages

· Review and organize commissioning information into the designated turnover packages

· Review and organize OEM vendor information into the designated turnover packages

· Maintain overall punchlist and report clearing progress in a timely manner to support the overall program

· Review and organize commissioning and start-up records

· Independently coordinate with Samsung engineering and OEM contacts to gather information for the program

· Prepare required commissioning document such as site test procedure, method statement and formal risk assessment etc.

· Prepare required permit workpack document to support commissioning engineer while permit application.

· Prepare commissioning progress report according to the site progress
