Job Summary:

Estithmar Holding is seeking a Senior Insurance Specialist to oversee and manage underwriting and claims across various lines of insurance. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the GCC insurance market, ensuring risk assessment, compliance, and seamless claims management within the corporate structure.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Underwriting: Assess risks, determine coverage terms, and ensure cost-effective policy issuance.
✅ Claims Management: Oversee claims handling, dispute resolution, and settlement negotiations.
✅ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all policies align with local and international insurance regulations.
✅ Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential risks and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
✅ Stakeholder Management: Liaise with insurers, brokers, and internal departments to optimize insurance strategies.
✅ Market Research & Strategy: Monitor industry trends and suggest enhancements to corporate insurance policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or a related field.
✔ 10+ years of experience in the insurance sector, with expertise in underwriting & claims.
✔ Strong understanding of all lines of insurance within a corporate environment.
✔ GCC experience is mandatory, with knowledge of regional insurance laws and regulations.
✔ Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills..
