POSITION TITLE: Manager/Sr. Manager-Sales

JOB SUMMERY We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Manager/Manager

Sales to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a resident of Dubai, fluent in both Arabic and English, with a passion
for building client relationships and driving sales growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect

for potential clients in the Dubai region.

• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations in

both Arabic and English.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat

business and customer satisfaction.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry
meetups to represent the company.

• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to

enhance client engagement.

REQUIREMENT • Female candidate (Resident of UAE)

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or stones

industry

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai market and customer
behavior.

• UAE driving license (preferred).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
