· Demand Generation: Responsible for collaborating with sales and marketing to create opportunities through proactive pitching of Digital offerings and solutions/use cases.
Large Opportunity Management: Responsible for managing client RFI/RFP's, bid coordination, qualification, technical discussions, design right-fit solutions, and develop compelling technical solutions, proposals and presentations.
Presentation skills: The person should have good consultative and storytelling skills while making and pitching their presentations, demo’s and POC’s to clients.
Business Requirement Understanding & Proposal writing: The presales consultant should detail the requirements in the form of high level Scope of Work (SoW) documents for delivery estimations and proposal scope definition.
Technology Knowledge: Build solutions leveraging application development, BPM, AI, and relevant technologies based on client requirements. The person should also understand and validate solution architecture and collaborate with delivery teams on estimations.
Delivery Acumen: Should have a services mindset to work with delivery on planning large-scale programs at a presales stage. The person should have a good understanding of agile and waterfall delivery planning to position the appropriate delivery model with clients.
· Domain Knowledge: Be a consultant to customers to drive future growth prospects by continuously improving knowledge of their industry domains, such as Government services, Healthcare, Utilities, or Financial services.
Client networking: Establish yourself as a go-to digital transformation consultant with clients with face-to-face relationship development and consultative approach of relating solutions to business outcomes.
Partner Management: Manage relationships with OEM partners, attain presales certifications, and negotiate pricing for commercial deal structuring.
Collaborative and Persuasive: The person should have strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, delivery, partners, and clients.
Prior experience with software development is a must. BPM and low code technologies would be an added advantage.
Brand building: Routinely write case studies and articles for digital marketing and branding as a thought leader.
