Head of Product Management - Supermarket
Responsibilities
- Define end to end product roadmap by analyzing business and customer needs, operational processes, and implications with clear hypotheses, problem statements and research
 - Supervise and coach product managers & analysts in the team.
 - Engage with Engineering, UX, Sales, Operations, Logistics, Commercial, Legal, and other functions to assess product priorities, establish a roadmap, and develop detailed product requirements
 - Set up analytics, monitor and report key performance metrics related to the product.
 - Working with Business Intelligence team to analyze product behavior data to improve customer and business metrics.
 - Lead product & new feature launch & communication with customers and key stakeholders.
 - Undertake customer research visiting customers to gather feedback on the product and features to inform future roadmap.
 - Build awareness and understanding of the product internally and externally
