Roles & Responsibilities

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Agritech company who are hiring a Senior Sales Manager to be based in Saudi Arabia.


The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the sales team across KSA.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance data and present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Desired Candidate Profile

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Open to candidates willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia who has previous experience in KSA.
  • Minimum 10+ years of Sales experience within the agricultural industry in KSA/MEA. R&D background within Agriculture/ Foodtech/ Biological science is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the agricultural market in Saudi including knowledge of market ranges and competitors.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-driven individual.
  • Proven track record of driving sales revenues and achieving market growth targets on a YoY basis.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
