Design and implement the corporate business performance process of the company
Research and keep abreast of trends in the external and internal environment that present risks and opportunities for company's business performance.
Provide expertise and support to the corporate performance process, both at a strategic and operational level, including performance measure selection and reporting.
Develop business analysis capacity and capability within the company.
Develop, in consultation with Departments, performance measures that enable senior management to monitor the achievement of company's objectives and strategies and support decision-making.
Plan, co-ordinate, communicate and monitor the implementation of performance procedures for the department. Conduct reviews of specific process and practices where problems and/or inefficiencies are identified and recommend alternatives to achieve company's outcomes and targets.
