Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the agency
• Manage content planning, production, approvals, and publishing
• Provide real-time coverage when needed and respond to urgent requests
• Oversee timelines, budgets, deliverables, and overall workflow
• Coordinate with creative teams including photographers and videographers
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
• Monitor performance and support content optimization strategies
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic
• Proficiency in content creation (photo/video editing is an advantage)
• Excellent project management and client-handling skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
